This leads me to ask: Does the Americans with Disabilities Act, signed into law by President George H.W. Bush in 1990, apply to horses? The answer is “yes” and it’s the correct one. Horse racing needs an infusion of excitement. California Chrome can provide that by winning the Belmont Stakes — and horse racing’s Triple Crown — on Saturday June 7.
